Every ESCA coach is an elite, highly trained `soccer expert` with extensive knowledge of working with individual players, teams and team coaches. All of our coaches have undergone extensive professional training at the highest levels. The experience of our staff underpins the success and growth of our company.
ESCA
coaches possess:
- Highest UEFA (Union of European football assn) qualification(s)
- Professional or semi professional playing experience
- Honors degrees and academic teaching degrees
- Teaching experience
- Experience, knowledge and professional training that will allow them to customize a program with long and short term goals and objectives.

Our recruitment procedure is extensive and rigorous
to ensure we only hire the `best of the best`. Everyone
is assessed on the field in a practical coaching setting
and also off the field in a formal environment
ESCA has developed a criteria for our elite staff:
1.Interview - UEFA qualifications, coaching/ playing experience.
2. Background checks.
3. Observation and e valuation of coaching in the UK.

Our ESCA coach will work along side you, the team coach, and together you will create a personalized, intensive and rewarding program that will challenge and inspire your team(s) to excel in all areas.
Your customized coaching program could include the following topics:

Maintaining ball possession and supporting play as individuals and a team.

We have designed an exclusive program which will ensure that the demanding requirements of advanced female players can be reached and exceeded. Goalkeeper Program:
Goalkeeping is a specialized skill that requires specific techniques, tactics and fitness. This unique position is considered an integral aspect of our training programs. Our professional specialists will instruct and educate your goalkeepers in every aspect of this demanding position.

HOW
TO EXPERIENCE A PROGRAM
If you would like to stage your own team training week,
we simply request the following:
- A local coordinator
- Soccer fields (or suitable playing area)
- Bathroom facilities
If
you are interested in participating this summer, we
advise that in order to ensure your team(s) a place,
you do not delay in booking, as each year the response
has been overwhelming!
